How we handle your information.

What we collect

When you use a form on this site or email us, we receive the business, contact and job details you provide — for example your name, company, work email, optional phone number, site ZIP code and a description of what you need.

The form also records which page you sent it from and, if you arrived through a link with campaign tags (such as utm_source) or from another website, those tags or that website’s name. This tells us which of our listings and campaigns are working.

Please don’t send passwords, alarm codes, keys, access details, logs or other confidential material. They aren’t needed to make an introduction.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and manage our correspondence with you.
• To introduce you to one relevant service provider — only with your permission, given either by ticking the box on the form or by confirming with us by email.
• We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

Services that process it

• FormSubmit delivers form submissions to our inbox and sends you a confirmation copy of what you sent. It may show a Google reCAPTCHA security check. FormSubmit’s documentation says submissions are kept in its archive for 30 days. See FormSubmit’s privacy information and Google’s privacy policy.
• Cloudflare hosts this site and processes technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits; it doesn’t use cookies. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
• Microsoft 365 handles our email.

We don’t use advertising trackers. Our own script keeps campaign tags in your browser tab’s session storage so they stay attached if you visit another page before sending the form; it’s cleared when you close the tab.

Retention and your choices

We keep correspondence for as long as needed for an ongoing business relationship or legal obligations. To ask what we hold about you, or to request deletion of your inquiry, email hello@counterpartworks.com.
