No introduction fee · We name the provider before any introduction

AI threat hardening · Specialist referrals

AI made attacks cheaper. Make your business harder to hit.

Polished phishing, cloned voices asking for urgent payments, password attacks that never sleep. We introduce you to a participating cybersecurity provider who reviews an agreed part of your setup, fixes what you approve and verifies the changes.

  • Assess, fix and verify. The work gets done by a specialist — not just a report.

  • No introduction fee. The provider sets scope and price; you decide.

  • You don’t need to use AI. This is about defending against attackers who do.

What changed

The old warning signs don’t work anymore.

Attackers now use AI to do in minutes what used to take skill and time. Businesses without a dedicated security team are the easiest to reach.

Phishing without the typos

AI writes polished, personalized emails in any tone. “Look for spelling mistakes” no longer protects anyone.

Voices that aren’t who they say

Cloned voices and faked video calls are used to push urgent wire transfers, gift-card requests and password resets.

Guessing at machine speed

Automated tools try leaked passwords against email and remote-access logins around the clock.

The engagement

Assess. Fix. Verify.

Delivered by the provider, inside a scope you agree on. Not a scan report you have to decode on your own.

  1. Assess

    Review the agreed environment

Typically email, identity and sign-in, and how payments get approved. The provider ranks the gaps by real-world risk.

  2. Fix

    Implement what you approve

For example stronger sign-in protection, email authentication, and verification steps for payment and password-reset requests.

  3. Verify

Confirm it works, hand it over

The provider checks the changes, documents what was done and explains the risk that remains. No service removes all risk.

How the introduction works

You stay in control of who hears about you.

  • i.

Tell us what you want protected

A short, business-level note is enough — you don’t need to name an exploit or bring a breach report.

  • ii.

    Review the outline

When a participating provider’s scope fits, we send you the outline and name the provider so you can decide.

  • iii.

    Introduction with your permission

We share only the contact details and goal you approve. The provider handles discovery, quote, contract, delivery and support.

  • iv.

    How we’re paid

No Counterpart Works fee. If you buy from the provider, they may pay us a commission. They set scope and price.

Questions

Straight answers.

Anything else? Email hello@counterpartworks.com.

Do you guarantee protection?

No. The provider improves the agreed scope and explains the risk that remains. No security service eliminates all risk.

Do we need to use AI tools for this to matter?

No. The standard engagement defends against attackers who use AI-enabled techniques. Securing your own AI tools is a separate scope, offered only when it’s relevant and you approve it.

What does Counterpart Works do?

We explain the offer, check basic fit, get your permission and make the introduction. The provider handles technical questions, quotes, agreements, delivery and support. We don’t provide security services ourselves.

What does it cost?

The provider sets scope and price after discovery, and you see both before you commit. There’s no Counterpart Works fee; we may receive a commission from the provider if you buy.

Who is the provider?

We name the participating provider when we send you the outline — always before any introduction.

What should I leave out of the form?

Passwords, logs, network details and anything confidential. The provider collects what they need through their own process, under their own agreement with you.
