Counterpart Works connects Austin businesses with local service providers — starting with commercial cleaning. One short request, one introduction, and no fee to the business asking.
What we do
You tell us what you need. We check whether it fits a provider we work with, and — with your permission — we introduce you. The provider scopes the job, quotes you, and if you go ahead, contracts, delivers and invoices you directly.
Right now that means commercial cleaning for Austin offices and office-warehouses, plus referrals to participating cybersecurity providers for AI threat hardening.
How we’re paid
Providers pay us a referral commission when a customer we introduced signs with them. Terms are agreed with each provider in advance. Businesses never pay Counterpart Works.
What we don’t do
- We don’t clean facilities or perform security work — the provider you hire does.
- We don’t sell your details or send them to a list of companies.
- We don’t share anything with a provider without your permission.
For service providers
Run a commercial cleaning or facilities business in the Austin area and want introductions to businesses that are actively shopping? You pay only when a referred customer signs, and you decide which introductions to take.
