Who actually does the cleaning?
A local Austin commercial cleaning company we work with — currently EcoSweep. Counterpart Works doesn’t clean facilities; we make the introduction. We may add providers over time, and we always tell you who we’re introducing before we do.
Will my phone start ringing with sales calls?
No. We don’t sell or broadcast your details. Only the one provider we introduce you to receives them, and only with your OK.
How fast will I hear back?
We reply by email within one business day. If you ticked the box to share your details, the provider then reaches out to schedule a walkthrough.
What does office cleaning cost?
It depends on square footage, how often you want service, and what’s included — restrooms, kitchens, floors, windows. Providers price it after a walkthrough or a quick call, which is why the form asks for size, frequency and timing.
Does asking for a quote commit me to anything?
No. You decide whether to take the walkthrough, whether to accept the quote, and whether to sign. There’s nothing to sign with Counterpart Works at all.
